Dining, intimately or with a larger group? It’s is possible in the restaurant, the private space, the “Grande Salle,” or in the “Terraced Garden.”
With EAUX posse in the STEUR building, we have a museum-like restaurant where there is always something to see and taste. Surprising both visually and gastronomically. The cuisine is inspired by Northern Spain, the Basque Country, and Southern France; meat dishes translated into Dutch vegetables, with the vegetables serving as full-fledged dishes. The wines are classic yet often natural and innovative.
In addition to the restaurant with a maximum capacity of 64 guests, we also offer the option to organize private dining for 2 to 12 people in the private room and for up to 70 people in the large “la grande Salle” space.
The “terraced garden” is a true haven of tranquility in Rotterdam. The garden is also available for private dinner events, or drinks and bites events for up to 250 people. Whether you come with 10 or 250 guests, it is always intimate.
