Dining, whether intimate or with a larger group? That can be done in the restaurant, the “grande Salle,” or in the “terraced garden.”
At EAUX, located in the STEUR building, we have a museum-like restaurant where there is always something to see and taste. Both visually and gastronomically surprising. The cuisine is inspired by Northern Spain’s Basque Country and Southern France, with meat dishes translated into Dutch vegetables, treating the vegetables as full-fledged dishes. The wines are classic yet often natural and innovative.
Naast het max 64 gasten restaurant hebben we ook de mogelijkheid een private dining van 2 tot 12 in de private ruimte en tot 70 personen te organiseren in de grote “la grande Salle” ruimte.
In onze gallery wisselende exposities waarbij we meebewegen met het culturele leven in Rotterdam.
De “terraced garden” tuin is waar rustpunt in Rotterdam. De tuin is ook inzetbaar voor private dinner events, of borrel en bite events tot 250 personen. Of je nu met 10 of 250 gasten komt, het is altijd intiem.
